Ltd。
2019年3月21日，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）投票决定对特定半导体器件，集成电路和包含该器件的消费产品（Certain Semiconductor Devices, Integrated Circuits,and Consumer Products Containing the Same）启动337调查（调查编码：337-TA-1149）。
2019年2月15日，美国Innovative Foundry Technologies LLC向美国ITC提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号 6,583,012、6,797,572、7,009,226、7,880,236、9,373,548），请求美国ITC发布有限排除令、禁止令。
